煤中全硫测定过程中内部质量控制样品的研制

摘要 为降低检测成本,并提高煤中全硫测定结果的准确性,本文通过样品筛选加工、均匀性检验、分析定值等环节,研制出一批煤中全硫检测用的内控样品。该批样品可以作为煤中全硫测定的质量控制样品,提高样品检测质量,降低质量控制成本,其制备过程与待测样品的制备过程一致,可以消除样品制备过程对分析结果的影响。 In order to reduce the cost of testing and improve the accuracy of the determination results of total sulfur in coal,this paper has developed a batch of internal control samples for the detection of total sulfur in coal through sample screening and processing,uniformity inspection,and analysis and determination.This batch of samples can be used as quality control samples for the determination of total sulfur in coal,improving the quality of sample detection and reducing quality control costs.The preparation process is consistent with the preparation process of the sample to be tested,which can eliminate the influence of the sample preparation process on the analysis results.
