随着科学的发展,医学已不再是一种简单局限于对人类疾病的研究,而是与工学、理学、化学等学科领域发生了更广泛的融合,衍生出了一批引领社会产业结构升级的新兴学科领域,如:生物医药、生物医学工程、医学伦理及医学统计等。培养医工结合思维,是现代医学发展的必然趋势,对于青年医师更是非常重要。本文将从医工结合学科的发展、医工结合在消化内科疾病诊治中的应用及如何培养消化内科青年医生医工结合思维三个方面进行简单阐述,以促进消化内科青年医生对医工结合重要性的认知。

In the wake of developments in science and technology,medicine has been widely integrated with engineering,science,chemistry and other disciplines instead of a single discipline limited to the study of human diseases.As a result,it derives a number of new disciplines to promote and upgrade industrial structure,such as bio-medicine,biomedical engineering,medical ethics,medical statistics,etc.It’s an inevitable trend for the development of modern medicine to cultivate the thinking of combination between medicine and engineering,which is very important to strengthen the doctors’capacity of clinical scientific research.The development of combination between medicine and engineering,the application of combination between medicine and engineering in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases,and the way to cultivate young digestive physicians’thinking of the combination between medicine and engineering are briefly expounded in this paper,so as to promote awareness of the importance of combination between medicine and engineering for young gastroenterologists.
