以志愿服务为载体的医学生实践育人模式探析

A Novel Medical Students’Practical Educational Mode with Voluntary Service

志愿服务是加强思想政治教育的重要途径,是推进素质教育、促进医学生发展成才的重要举措,更是贯彻“三全”育人理念、践行“健康中国2030”的有效载体。宁养义工、海星之家等多个志愿服务队伍,逐步探索出“以志愿服务为载体,以专业特色为依托,以青年学生为主体,以提升医术医德为目标”的医学生实践育人模式,并形成了“以上级部门为督导,以知名专家为指导,以专业服务为导向”的管理制度,形成“理论+实践+社团活动”的运作形式,充分将理论与实践相结合,让医学生通过实践凝练思想、检验自我,有力地促使医学生理论探求与实践认知的统一,培育良好的医术医德,形成了具有医学特色的实践育人模式。

Voluntary service is an important way to strengthen ideological and political education,an important measure to promote quality education and medical students to develop into talents,and an effective carrier to implement the concept of“San Quan”Education System and practice the“Healthy China 2030”.Several volunteer teams which have been set up including“Ningyang volunteer”and“Haixing family”,demonstrate that the educational model of the medical students“with the carrier of volunteer service,relying on the professional characteristics and aiming at the enhancement of the medical techniques and ethics,whose main body are students”is established.The management system“under the supervision of superior department,guided by the famous experts,and demand by the professional services”is formed,which has created the novel running model consisting of theory,practice,and activities.Medical students utilizing summarizing reflection and concluding thoughts,would achieve the unity of theory and practice,and better medical ethics.Here a practical educational mode with medical characteristics has been emerging.
