新冠肺炎疫情下护生职业认同感现状及其影响因素研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情下护生职业认同感现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护生职业认同量表对1025名在校护生进行问卷调查。结果护生职业认同感得分为(60.80±11.34)分;政治面貌、所在年级、是否担任学生干部、家中是否有护理相关人员、选择专业原因以及职业规划是护生职业认同感影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论新冠肺炎疫情下护生职业认同感中等偏上,护理管理者和教育者可依据疫情下护生职业认同感影响因素给予针对性的干预措施,以提高护生的职业认同感,减少护理人才的流失,稳定护理团队的发展。 Objective To explore the status quo of nursing students’professional identity under COVID-19 epidemic and analyze its influencing factors.Methods The general data questionnaire and nursing student occupational Identity Scale were used to investigate 1025 nursing.Results The professional identity score of nursing students was(60.80±11.34)points;Political status,grade,whether to serve as a student cadre,whether there are nursing staff in the family,reasons for choosing a major,and career planning are the influencing factors of nursing students’professional identity(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Under the COVID-19 epidemic,the professional identity of nursing students is moderately higher.Nursing managers and educators can provide targeted intervention measures according to the factors affecting the professional identity of nursing students under the epidemic,so as to improve the professional identity of nursing students,reduce the loss of nursing talents,and stabilize the development of the nursing team.
