基于教研融合的《医学实验动物学》课程教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Medical Laboratory Animal Science Teaching Reform Based on Integration of Teaching and Research

为适应国家对高等医学创新性人才的需求,医学院校相继为研究生及本科生开设了医学实验动物学课程,这对学生搭建实验动物知识框架、夯实实验动物学理论、提高实验动手能力起到了一定的作用。但离教育部对本科教育及研究生教育要突出创新性的要求有不小差距。基于此,笔者在实验动物学的教学过程中本着以“科研带教育,以教育促科研”的指导原则,采用教学与科研相结合。在理论教学中注重培养学生的科研意识,重点强调实验动物福利及动物实验伦理;在实验教学中让学生全程参与科研实验,构建“教研共同体”。通过教研融合教学改革大大提高了学生的学习兴趣及学生的实验动手能力和科研创新能力,在教学中收到较好的教学效果。

In order to meet the national demand for innovative talents in higher medicine,medical colleges and universities have successively offered medical laboratory animal science courses to graduate students and undergraduate students,which has played a certain role in building the knowledge framework of experimental animals,consolidating laboratory animal science Theory and improving the practical ability of experiments.However,there is no small difference from the Ministry of Education’s requirement to highlight innovation in undergraduate and postgraduate education.Based on this,in the teaching process in laboratory animal science,the author adopts the guiding principle of“scientific research leads to education and education promotes scientific research”,and combines teaching with scientific research.In theory teaching,students’scientific research consciousness should be cultivated,and the welfare and ethics of experimental animals should be emphasized.In the experimental teaching,let the students participate in the scientific research experiment in the whole process and construct the“teaching and research community”.Through the teaching reform of teaching and research integration,students’interest in learning,students’practical experiment ability and scientific research innovation ability have been greatly improved,and better teaching results have been achieved in teaching.
