“对分课堂”在军医大学飞行人员用药教学中的实践与思考 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究“对分课堂”教学模式在军医大学课堂教学中的实践应用方法及效果,评价对分教学是否适合军医大学课堂、学员能否接受对分课堂教学模式。方法选取某军医大学106名本科学员为研究对象,46名学员为观察组,60名学员为对照组。对照组学员采用传统理论讲授教学,观察组采用“对分课堂”教学。比较两组学员课堂测试成绩,了解观察组学员对“对分课堂”教学效果的评价。结果观察组学员认为对分课堂能够显著提升学习动力、效率以及自学能力,培养团队协作精神、沟通表达能力,提高岗位胜任能力。相较于传统课堂,对分课堂更受学员欢迎。观察组学员课堂测试成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对分课堂能够提升军校学员学习动力,培养学员综合素质,得到了学员的认可,但在实施过程中依然存在着在各环节时间分配、学员分组方案、讨论环节教师角色定位、当堂对分的形式等可优化的方面。 Objective To explore the practical application and effect of PAD Class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)in military medical university.To evaluate whether PAD Class is suitable for military medical university classrooms and whether students can accept the PAD Class mode.Methods A total of 106 undergraduate students from a military medical university were selected,60 were the control group and 46 were the observation group.The control group was given traditional teaching,and the observation group was given PAD Class teaching.The classroom examination results between two groups were compared and the evaluation of the observation group on PAD Class was investigated.Results Students in observation group believed that the PAD Class can significantly improve learning motivation,efficiency,and self-learning ability,cultivate teamwork spirit,communication and expression ability,and improve job competence.Compared to traditional class,PAD Class were more popular among students.Observation group students’classroom test scores were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PAD Class could improve the learning motivation of military students and cultivate their comprehensive qualities.At the same time,there was still some field that should be optimized,such as unreasonable time allocations in each section,unreasonable grouping methods,inappropriate role of teacher in the discussion section,and the form of the division is still to be demonstrated.
