圈养褐马鸡寄生虫感染现状调查

摘要 褐马鸡是地栖生活的大型森林鸟类,为我国特有珍稀鸟类,国家一级重点保护野生动物,是世界易危鸟类之一,被我国列为濒危物种。为了解太原动物园圈养褐马鸡寄生虫感染情况,采用饱和盐水漂浮法和自然沉淀法,对太原动物园内24只成年褐马鸡新鲜粪样进行检测。结果显示:寄生虫总感染率为100%;共检获4种寄生虫,其中蛔虫、线虫、绦虫、球虫的感染率分别为20.8%、20.8%、4.2%、100%。圈养褐马鸡寄生虫感染较为普遍,应加强褐马鸡寄生虫相关疾病的防治工作。
