环氧氯丙烷/乙二胺低聚物防膨剂的合成及性能评价 被引量:2

Synthesis and Performance Evaluation of Epichlorohydrin/ethylenediamine Oligomer Anti Swelling Agent

摘要 本文以环氧氯丙烷和乙二胺为原料,合成了环氧氯丙烷/乙二胺低聚物防膨剂(LPECH/EDA)。以防膨率为评价指标,以反应时间、反应温度、单体配比和反应物含量为考察因素,设计了四因素四水平的正交实验,确定了合成LPECH/EDA防膨剂的最佳反应条件。讨论了所合成的防膨剂的用量和温度与防膨性能的关系,并通过复配实验和岩屑回收实验评价了其性能。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应时间6h,反应温度60℃,n(环氧氯丙烷)/n(乙二胺)=1.5,反应物含量50%。当LPECH/EDA的质量浓度为2.0%时,防膨率达到85%左右,与KCl复配后,防膨效果有明显的提升,复配后的防膨剂一次滚动回收率达到82%以上,二次滚动回收率也达到了80%以上,说明该防膨剂的长效性较好。 In this paper,epichlorohydrin/ethylenediamine oligomer anti swelling agent(LPECH/EDA)was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and ethylenediamine.Taking the anti swelling rate as the evaluation index,and taking the reaction time,reaction temperature,monomer ratio and reactant content as the investigation factors,the orthogonal test of four factors and four levels was conducted to determine the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of LPECH/EDA anti swelling agent.The relationship between the amount and temperature of the synthesized anti swelling agent and its anti swelling performance was discussed.The performance of the anti swelling agent was evaluated by the compound experiment and the recovery experiment of rock cuttings.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as followed:reaction time 6h,reaction temperature 60℃,n(epichlorohydrin)/n(ethylenediamine)=1.5,reactant content 50%.When the mass concentration of LPECH/EDA was 2.0%,the anti swelling rate was about 85%.After compounded with KCl,the anti swelling effect was obviously improved.The first rolling recovery rate of the compound anti swelling agent was more than 82%,and the second rolling recovery rate was more than 80%.It was showed that the anti expansion agent had good long-term performance.
