Agarwood was a very precious Chinese medicinal material with huge market value.In order to identify the authenticity of this spice scientifically and effectively,it was necessary to extract specific components of this spice for analysis.This paper constructed a set of extraction and analysis methods for specific components of agarwood,and compared the detection results of the extracted substances under different conditions.Therefore the best extraction and detection methods was obtained so as to provide a reference for the identification mode of these spices.
