复合油粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响

Effect of Compound Oil Powder on Performance and Egg Quality of Layer Hens

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加复合油粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。试验选取产蛋率和体重相近,健康状态良好的360日龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡1800只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复100只蛋鸡。3个处理分别为对照组(添加1%豆油),试验1组(添加1%复合油粉)和试验2组(添加1.5%复合油粉)。预试期7 d,正式期28 d。结果表明,在蛋鸡日粮中添加1%和1.5%的复合油粉均可以降低试验蛋鸡的平均日采食量和料蛋比(P<0.05);同时可以显著提高鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)。

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound oil powder on the performance and the quality of eggs of layer hens.The 360-day old Roman brown layers,with similar egg yield and body weight,were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 100 layer hens in each replicate.Three treatments were the control group(adding 1% soybean oil),trial group 1(adding 1% compound oil powder)and trial group 2(adding 1.5% compound oil powder).The pre-test period is 7 days,and the test period was 28 days.The results showed that adding 1% and 1.5% compound oil powder to the layer hen diet could reduce the average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to egg(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the thickness and strength of the egg shell and the color of the yolk were significantly increased(P<0.05).
