马蹄病的诊治体会

Diagnosis and Treatment of Horseshoe Disease

马的肢蹄病主要是马的四肢或者蹄部发生软组织损伤、化脓、炎症等,临床主要表现为马的跛行,运动障碍等。马的肢蹄发生疾病时,如果不及时进行处理和治疗,将造成马的运动障碍,进而淘汰,尤其是对于一些赛马以及运动型马的影响更大。本论文对2例典型马蹄病的发病情况、临床的检查、治疗情况、发病原因分析以及预防措施导等进行了详细的阐述。

Horseshoe disease of horse is mainly caused by soft tissue injury,suppuration and inflammation in the limbs or hooves of horses.The clinical manifestations are limping and dyskinesia.If not treated and treated in time,the horse's movement disorder will be caused and eliminated,especially for some horse racing and sports horses.In this paper,the incidence,clinical examination,treatment,cause analysis and preventive measures of 2 cases of typical horseshoe disease were described in detail.
