Objective To investigate the effect of SKIN conceptual framework combined with JBI evidence-based nursing on the prevention of nasal and facial pressure injury in patients with new coronary pneumonia. Methods Based on the SKIN conceptual framework,evidence-based nursing was conducted for patients with nasal and facial pressure injury in non-invasive positive pressure ventilation according to the JBI evidence-based model.Through the steps of raising questions, evidence retrieval, evidence quality evaluation and evidence synthesis, the prevention and nursing measures of nasal and facial pressure injury in non-invasive positive pressure ventilation were formulated and practiced. Results After 2 weeks of continuous intervention, only 2 patient in the experimental group had stage 1 pressure injury, with an incidence of 2.44%.In the control group, there were 15 cases of stage 1 pressure injury, the incidence was 11.278%,χ^2=11.278,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Concusion Evidence-based nursing practice guided by SKIN conceptual framework can reduce the incidence of nasal and facial pressure injury in patients with new coronary pneumonia with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.
