儿童早期预警评分的分级护理在降低住院患儿护理风险的作用

Application of grading nursing with the modified Irish Pediatric Early Warning Scoring System in the nursing risk management in hospitalized children

目的探讨改良儿童早期预警评分的分级护理减少住院患儿护理风险的作用。方法将2019年1月—6月1542例在无锡市儿童医院内科住院患儿设为对照组,实施常规护理管理,2019年7月—12月1775例在无锡市儿童医院内科住院患儿设为试验组,实施改良儿童早期预警评分的分级护理,比较两组护理风险事件的发生率和患儿及家属满意度。结果试验组患儿在意外拔管、跌倒/坠床、压疮(红臀)和用药差错等总风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.001),试验组患儿及其家属对工作态度、护理效率、护患关系、技术操作和整体护理质量等护理满意率高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论基于改良爱尔兰版儿童早期预警评分系统的分级护理,降低护理风险事件发生,提高患儿及家属满意度,可提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the role of grading nursing based on the modified Irish Pediatric Early Warning Scoring System in the nursing risk management of hospitalized children.Methods A total of 1,542 children who were hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Department of Wuxi Children's Hospital underwent routine nursing interventions from January to June 2019 as the control group.A total of another 1,775 children hospitalized from July to December 2019 at the same department were set as the trial group,where the grading nursing based on the modified Irish pediatric early warning scoring system was performed.The two groups were compared in terms of the occurrence of adverse nursing events and the satisfaction of children and their families.Results The incidences of adverse events such as accidental extubation,fall/falling out of bed,pressure sore(red buttock),and medication errors in the trial group were all significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction rates of the children and their families with work attitude,nursing efficiency,nurse-patient relationship,technical operation and overall nursing quality evaluation in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The grading nursing based on the modified Irish Pediatric Early Warning Scoring System can significantly,reduce the occurrence of adverse care events,and increase the satisfaction of children and families improve the quality of care.
