探讨建筑空间设计对医疗废物管理的影响——以北京市丰台区的医院为例

Discussion on the Influence of Architectural Space Design on Medical Waste Management——A Case Study of Fengtai District Hospital in Beijing

通过实地观察、访问调查的方式,了解医院在医疗废物的产生、收集、转运等各环节的现状以及存在的问题,发现医院建筑的选址,污物间、污物电梯、医疗废物暂存处和检验科的布局不合理会影响医疗废物的产生和运输。从建筑学角度探讨加强医疗废物管理的方法,以便提高医院建筑的安全性。

Through field observation and interview investigation,the author understands the status quo and existing problems of the hospital’s medical waste generation,collection,transfer and other links,and found the unreasonable layout of the building functions of the site selection,the sewage room,the sewage elevator,the temporary storage of medical waste and the laboratory will cause obstacles to the management of the hospital.This article discusses ways to strengthen the management of medical waste from an architectural perspective,which will help improve the safety of hospital buildings.
