摘要
武汉同济医院总务科在改扩建工程项目管理中引入精细化管理的理念和方法,经过数年的探索和实践,通过制度建设、员工培训和流程优化等一系列举措,改变了传统的管理方式,构建了精细化的管理模式,取得了一定的成效。
The General Affairs Department of Wuhan Tongji Hospital has introduced refined management concepts and methods in the project management of reconstruction and expansion projects.After years of exploration and practice,a series of measures such as system construction,staff training and process optimization have changed the traditional management methods.A refined management model has been constructed and certain results have been achieved.
