协同护理模式对神经内科糖皮质激素治疗患者服药依从性和满意度的影响研究

Study on the effect of cooperative nursing model on medication compliance and satisfaction of neurological glucocorticoid patients

目的探索协同护理模式(CCM)对神经内科糖皮质激素治疗患者服药依从性和住院满意度的影响。方法将2018年1-12月该科收治的126例糖皮质激素治疗患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各63例。对照组采用常规护理方案,试验组给予基于CCM的护理方案。比较两组干预后服药依从性和住院满意度。结果在出院后3~6周,试验组各周服药依从性[(7.39±0.69)、(7.31±0.77)、(7.26±0.23)、(7.10±0.32)分]明显优于对照组[(7.12±0.78)、(7.05±0.68)、(6.56±0.45)、(6.38±0.68)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者住院满意度[(90.30±7.74)分]高于对照组[(86.50±10.19)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CCM能提高神经内科糖皮质激素治疗患者住院满意度和出院后服药依从性,且出院时间越长,提高服药依从性的效果越显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the collaborative care model(CCM)on medication compliance and hospitalization satisfaction of patients treated with neurology glucocorticoids in neurology department.Methods A total of 126 patients with glucocorticoid therapy admitted to the department from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,63 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing plan,and the experimental group was given a nursing plan based on cooperative nursing model.Hospitalization satisfaction and medication compliance after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results 3 to 6 weeks after discharge,the medication compliance of the test group[(7.39±0.69),(7.31±0.77),(7.26±0.23),(7.10±0.32)points]was significantly better than those of the control group[(7.12±0.78),(7.05±0.68),(6.56±0.45),(6.38±0.68)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization satisfaction degree[(90.30±7.74)points]of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(86.50±10.19)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CCM can improve the hospitalization satisfaction and medication compliance of patients treated with neurological glucocorticoid,and the longer the discharge time,the more significant the effect of improving medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
