移动荷载下沥青路面层间剪应力有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究移动荷载作用下不同因素对沥青路面层间剪应力的影响规律,通过有限元软件,建立移动荷载作用下沥青路面结构的三维仿真模型,借助于有限元软件平台提供的Utracload与Dload子程序实现了移动荷载对路面的力学行为模拟,在此基础上分析沥青面层厚度、沥青面层模量以及车速对轮迹带中心处最大剪应力的影响。结果表明:移动荷载作用下,沥青路面层间剪应力峰值出现在轮迹带C点,且剪应力在C点附近一定范围内的变化规律接近于半正弦分布;沥青路面面层厚度越厚则层间剪应力越小,车速越快则沥青路面层间剪应力越小,而沥青面层模量对沥青路面层间剪应力几乎没有影响。 In order to study the influence of different factors on the interlaminar shear stress of asphalt pavement under the action of moving load,a threedimensional simulation model of asphalt pavement structure under the action of moving load is established by finite element software,and the mechanical behavior of the moving load on the pavement is simulated by using the subroutines of Utracloud and Dload provided by finite element software platform.On this basis the influence of green surface thickness,asphalt surface modulus and vehicle speed on the maximum shear stress at the center of wheel track belt is analyzed.The results show that under the action of moving load,the peak value of interlaminar shear stress of asphalt pavement appears at point C of wheel track belt,and the variation rule of shear stress in a certain range near point C is close to half sine distribution;the thicker the asphalt pavement surface is,the smaller the interlaminar shear stress is;the faster the vehicle speed is,the smaller the interlaminar shear stress is,while the modulus of asphalt pavement has little effect on the interlaminar shear stress of asphalt pavement influential.
