摘要 研究了脉冲重复频率对大气压下纳秒脉冲介质阻挡放电的影响.在大气压下空气中,利用纳秒高压脉冲激励平行板电极产生稳定的介质阻挡放电.在脉冲峰值电压,气隙间距等其他放电参数保持不变的条件下改变纳秒脉冲电源的重复频率,研究了脉冲重复频率对放电特性和放电形态的影响.研究结果表明,随着脉冲重复频率的增大,放电的击穿电压呈现下降趋势,放电电流没有明显的变化,放电模式逐渐弥散化,这反映了放电空间记忆效应的影响. Effect of pulse repetition frequency on nanosecond pulsed dielectric barrier discharge is studied.In atmospheric pressure air,stable dielectric barrier discharge is obtained by nanosecond high-voltage pulse with the parallel-plate electrodes,and effects of pulse repetition frequency(PRF)on the electrical characteristic and morphology of the discharge are investigated under the condition that the other discharge parameters are kept constant.The results show that,with the increased PRF,the breakdown voltage is decreased and the discharge intensity is not changed significantly,at the same time,the discharge pattern gradually changes from a filament discharge to a diffuse discharge,these phenomena are related to the"memory effect"of the discharge space.
