五电平有源中点钳位型逆变器的控制策略 被引量:2

摘要 五电平有源中点钳位逆变器(ANPC)是一种新型逆变器,弥补了传统逆变结构的缺陷,其转换效率更高,在中高压功率应用领域前景广阔.但是该逆变器的应用需要实现悬浮电容稳压控制和中点电位平衡控制.文中研究了五电平ANPC,提出了一个基于载波多电平调制技术的悬浮电容电压、中点电位的控制方法.SIMULINK仿真显示,该控制方法能快速实现悬浮电容的电压建立,使电压稳定在设定值,同时母线电位得到了有效控制.仿真实验验证了所提出的控制策略的控制效果,对于硬件装置的改进设计提供了参考依据. Five-level active neutral-point clamped inverters(ANPC)are a new type of inverters,which make up for the shortcomings of traditional inverters.This type of inverter has broad prospects in the application of medium and high voltage power.However,the application of the inverter needs to realize the levitation capacitor voltage stabilization control and neutral-point potential balance control.In this paper,five level ANPC is studied,and a control method of voltage of flying capacitor and neutral point potential based on carrier multilevel modulation technology is proposed.SIMULINK simulation shows that the control method can quickly establish the voltage of flying capacitor,stabilize the voltage at the set value,and effectively control the neutral point potential.The simulation experiment verifies the control effect of the proposed control strategy,and provides a reference for the improvement of the hardware design.
