以风险管理为基点的强化护理对脑膜瘤术后并发症的控制作用

Study on the control of postoperative complications of meningioma by intensive nursing based on risk management

目的探讨以风险管理为基点的强化护理对脑膜瘤术后并发症的控制作用。方法选择2018年6月—2019年5月本院收治的行脑膜瘤手术的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各30例。研究组应用以风险管理为基点的强化护理,对照组应用常规护理措施。结果两组患者干预后并发症防控认知度分布情况、较好率分别与本组干预前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预后两组并发症防控认知度、护理质量评估分布比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组并发症防控认知度较好率、护理质量评估优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予脑膜瘤术后患者以风险管理为基点的强化护理,可以提高患者对并发症防控认知度,减少术后并发症,提高患者对护理质量的评价。

Objective To explore the control effect of risk management based intensive nursing on postoperative complications of meningioma.Methods 60 patients those underwent surgery for meningioma in our hospital from June 20168 to May 2019 enrolled as study subjects and they were randomly divided into 2 groups including study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The study group was given intensive nursing based on risk management,while the control group was given routine nursing.Results The distributions of awareness on prevention and control of complications and better rates in the two groups after intervention were significantly different from those before intervention(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the distributions of awareness on prevention and control of complications and nursing quality evaluation between the two groups,and the better rate of prevention and control of complications awareness and excellent rate of nursing quality evaluation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The intensive nursing based on risk management given to patients with meningioma could improve patients'awareness of prevention and control of complications,reduce postoperative complications,and improve patients'evaluation on nursing quality.
