基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理联合治疗性抚触对重症肺炎患儿症状改善、负性情绪和智能发育的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究探讨基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理联合治疗性抚触对重症肺炎患儿症状改善、负性情绪和智能发育的影响。方法选择2018年2月—2020年2月在本院住院治疗的92例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各46例。对照组给予治疗性抚触干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理干预。对两组患儿的临床症状改善情况、住院时间、焦虑、抑郁状态、智能发育、监护人对护理干预的满意度进行统计对比。结果观察组退热时间、气促消失时间、止咳时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患儿汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患儿的小儿智能发育量表(CDCC)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组监护人对护理干预满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理联合治疗性抚触对重症肺炎患儿的干预效果良好,可促进患儿的症状改善,缩短住院时间,还可缓解患儿的焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,促进患儿的智能发育,监护人的满意度良好,有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the influence of whole course high quality nursing based on"3H"theory combined with therapeutic touch on symptom improvement,negative emotion and intelligence development of child patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 92 child patients with severe pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation,control group,46 cases per group.The control group was given therapeutic touch intervention,the observation group was given therapeutic touch combined with whole course high-quality nursing intervention based on“3H”theory.The improvement of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,anxiety,depression,intelligence development,satisfaction of child patients with nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The fever abatement time,shortness of breath disappeared time,relieve cough time,hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hamilton anxiety Scale-14(HAMA-14),hamilton depression scale-17(HAMD-17)in child patients of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of infantile intelligence development scale(CDCC),psychomotor development index(PDI)in child patients of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The satisfactions of guardians in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The whole course high-quality nursing based on“3H”theory combined with therapeutic touch has good intervention effect on child patients with severe pneumonia,which could promote the symptom improvement of child patients,shorten the hospitalization time,alleviate the negative emotions of children such as anxiety and depression,promote the intelligent development of child patients,the satisfactions of the guardians are good,and has high clinical application value.
