浅谈WBS-RBS方法在动车组一级检修风险分析中的应用

Discussion on the Application of WBS- RBS Method in the First-level Maintenance Risk Analysis of the EMUs

根据动车组运用检修一体化维修的特殊属性,以动车组一级检修作业过程为例,采用WBS-RBS方法对其过程进行风险分析,同时根据该方法风险分析制定有效的预控措施,为动车组运用检修整个过程安全风险分析工作提供参考。

According to the special attribute of the integrated maintenance of the EMUs,taking the service operation process at the firstlevel maintenance of the EMUs as an example,the risk analysis of the process is carried out by the WBS-RBS method,and the effective pre-control measures are formulated according to the risk analysis of the method,which provides reference for the safety risk analysis of the whole process of the operation of the EMUs.
