摘要
为了压缩动车组三、四级修检修修时、降低资源占用率,在确保动车组检修质量的前提下,通过统计分析故障情况、总结运用检修经验、研究动车组技术、对比各车型规程及技术参数、评估安全性、跟踪验证、制定保障措施等方式,优化了三、四级检修调试项目。
In order to compress the third and fourth-level maintenance of EMU and reduce the resource occupancy rate,on the premise of ensuring the quality of EMU maintenance,through statistical analysis of fault conditions,summarizing the use of maintenance experience,researching EMU technology,comparing various vehicle regulations and technologies Parameters,assessment of security,follow-up verification,and the establishment of safeguards,this article optimizes the third and fourth-level maintenance and debugging projects.
