摘要
CR400AF型动车组发生车门、制动、ATP、总风压力开关等故障导致牵引无流时,HMI屏通常会弹出相应故障代码进行提示,但是由于CR400AF型动车组控制系统的局限性和司机操作习惯等原因,存在无明确故障代码弹出的情况下导致全列车牵引无流。本文着重探索CR400AF型动车组在无明确故障代码弹出的情况下全列车牵引无流的途中应急处置,有利于提高动车组途中故障处置效率,便于制定有效应急处置方法,具有重要意义。
In case of no traction current caused by door,brake,ATP,main air pressure switch and other faults of CR400 AF EMU,HMI Generally,the screen will pop up corresponding fault codes to prompt,but due to the limitations of cr400 af EMU control system and the driver’s operating habits and other reasons,there is no clear fault code pop-up,resulting in no current of the whole train traction.This paper focuses on exploration.CR400 AF EMU in the case of no clear fault code pop-up,the whole train traction current free on the way emergency disposal,which is conducive to improve the efficiency of EMU on the way fault disposal,facilitate the formulation of effective emergency disposal methods,is of great significance.
