摘要
通过HXD1型机车在牵引客运列车运行中发生牵引电机轴承超温报警故障原因分析,指出了HXD1型机车辅助逆变器变频变压输出逻辑模式,针对牵引电机高速运行时冷却能力不足的问题,并提出了开展牵引电机及轴承发热情况与机车运行速度关系研究、优化辅助逆变器变频变压输出逻辑模式的改进建议。
In view of the over-temperature alarm fault of traction motor bearing of HXD1 locomotive in the operation of traction passenger train,through the analysis of the logic control principle of APU VVVF,it is clarified that the traction fan speed is low and the heat dissipation capacity is insufficient when the traction motor is running at high speed,which can not meet the cooling requirements of main transformer and main converter.It is suggested that the research on the relationship between the heating of traction motor and bearing and the running speed of locomotive,and the optimization of VVVF logic mode of APU are proposed.
