摘要 介绍了机车车载安全防护系统机车走行部故障监测子系统(简称轴报装置)的原理结构,分析了初期轴报故障判断标准存在的问题,并分阶段详细梳理了轴报报警判据的演变过程,归纳出报警项目在频率/幅度/次数上的量化处置依据,为作业现场提供标准、明确、有效、风险可控的处置标准对策表,极大地提高了生产效率,有效地确保了行车设备安全。 This article gives a brief introduction tothe Fault Detecting System(also called Axle Temperature Alarming System)of the locomotive running gear,the vehicle security protection sub-system.It introduces the mechanism and structure of the system,analyzes the problems of judging standards for the axle temperature fault detection,gives a detailed four-phase analysis of the alarming for the changing processes of axle temperature,and deduces the quantitative disposing standards for frequency,range and times of the alarming system.These standards provide a clear,effective and risk controllable solution,which can increase the on-filed working efficiency greatly and ensure the security of the travelling facilities.
