介绍CCB-Ⅱ型制动机DBTV模块结构及工作原理,对机车检修及运用过程出现的DBTV故障典型案例进行故障原因分析并提出对策;经验证后应用于现场,不仅提高了DBTV模块检修质量,而且有效降低了模块故障率。

This paper introduces the structure and working principle of DBTV module of CCB-Ⅱ Brake,analyzes the failure causes of typical cases of DBTV in the process of locomotive maintenance and operation,and puts forward countermeasures,it not only improves the repair quality of DBTV module,but also effectively reduces the failure rate of the module.
