HXD1D型机车主断路器发生故障后危害较大,在机车运行中,若发生主断路器故障,多无法进行应急处置,造成机车请求救援,影响铁路运输秩序。从武昌南机务段2019年至2020年HXD1D型机车发生主断路器故障进行统计分析,查找故障原因,制定措施,降低主断路器故障率。

The main circuit breaker failure of HXD1D locomotive can be more harmful.If it occurs during locomotive operation,emergency treatment is often impossible,causing the locomotive to request rescue and affecting the order of railway transportation.The statistical analysis of the HXD1D locomotive main circuit breaker failure has been conducted to find out the cause of the failure,and formulate measures to reduce the main circuit breaker failure rate in Wuchang South Locomotive Depot from 2019 to 2020.
