Research and implementation of distributed multi-channel electromagnetic acquisition station and its monitoring software

摘要 随着中国经济的高速发展,能源矿产的消耗不断加剧,地质勘探也不断向着更深、更复杂的方向发展,对具有自主知识产权的适用于大深度金属矿勘探的地面电磁探测系统的需求愈加迫切.本文设计研发了一套用于地面电磁探测系统中的分布式多通道电磁采集站,并结合无线局域网和最新的窄带物联网(NB-IoT)及云平台技术分别实现了中短距离控制软件和超远距离状态监控软件的设计.研制的采集站包含有6个电道和6个磁道,支持感应式磁场传感器、高温超导磁力计和磁通门磁场传感器等多种磁场传感器,可支持CSAMT和MT方法观测,采用分布式架构,通过阵列式布设可以进一步实现三维观测.整套采集系统在不同的气候和地质条件下进行了大量的实验,验证系统性能指标达了到目前国际先进水平,同时相比国外同类产品具有信号通道多、功耗低、体积小、重量轻、便于网络化控制等特点. With the rapid development of China’s economy, the consumption of energy and mineral resources is constantly increasing. And geological exploration is also developing towards deeper and more complex direction. Therefore, the demand for ground electromagnetic prospecting system which is suitable for exploration of metal ore in large depth with independent intellectual property rights becomes more and more urgent. In this paper, a distributed multi-channel electromagnetic acquisition station is designed for the ground electromagnetic detection system. In combination with the WIFI, the latest Narrrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT) and cloud platform technology, software for short and medium distance control and ultra-long distance state monitoring are designed respectively. The acquisition station consists of 6 electric channels and 6 magnetic channels, supporting various magnetic field sensors such as induction magnetic field sensor, high temperature superconducting magnetometer and fluxgate magnetic field sensor. It can also support CSAMT and MT method observation. The distributed framework is adopted and three-dimensional observation can be further realized through the array layout. A large number of experiments have been carried out on the whole collection system under different climatic and geological conditions. Results have shown that the performance of the system have reached the advanced level internationally. Compared with foreign counterparts, the system has some superior characteristics such as more signal channels, lower power consumption, smaller size, lighter weight, more convenient network control, etc.
