德英美国家研究生教育国际化进程分析及其启示

An Analysis and Its Implications of the Internationalization Process of Graduate Education in Germany,Britain and America

文章以德国、英国和美国三个国家为参考,分别梳理和对比分析了走在世界前列的欧美发达国家研究生教育国际化发展历程及其特征。借鉴欧美经验,我国需着眼于国家战略层面的国际化定位、学位互认制度、课程体系国际化、教师队伍开放化、经费资助模式竞争化、建立全球中心以加强国际合作及打造中国文化国际化特色等七个方面构建中国特色研究生教育国际化,深层次实现中国研究生教育水平与国际形象的大力提升。

Taking Germany,the United Kingdom and the United States as the references,this paper sorts out and comparatively analyzes the development history of the graduate education internationalization in the developed countries in Europe and the United States,and their international development characteristics.Learning from the experience of European and American,China should focus on six aspects of internationalization to build the internationalization of graduate education with Chinese characteristics,such as international positioning at the national strategic level,mutual recognition of academic degrees,internationalization of curriculum system and faculty,competition of funding model,establishing global centers to enhance international cooperation and developing international characteristics of Chinese culture,thereby greatly improved the graduate education level and the international image of China.
