“一流专业”建设视角下的本科生人才培养的学业导师机制构建

The Construction of Academic Mentor Mechanism of Undergraduate Talent Training from the Perspective of"First-class Major"Construction

人才是社会前进的驱动者,社会的发展离不开高素质人才支撑。在当前复杂的国际形势下,以及国内就业压力凸显的情况下,国家提出了"一带一路"倡议的发展模式,更加需要综合型的人才。因而,高校对大学生的培养必须全方位高标准。文章从江苏科技大学计算机科学与技术国家一流专业建设点为出发点,以大学生核心素质培养为背景,阐述了学业导师在本科生培养方案中的重要性,就学业导师的定位、职能、义务、权力,以及学业导师制的实施和存在的问题与解决方案进行叙述。通过实施效果分析,论证该制度的有效性。

Talents are the driving force of social progress, and the development of society cannot be separated from the support of high-quality talents. In the current complex international situation, as well as the prominent domestic employment pressure, the country put forward the "One Belt And One Road" initiative of development model, more need for comprehensive talent. Therefore, the cultivation of college students must be all-round and high standard. With the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, computer science and technology national first-class professional construction point as the starting point, to the core of the college students’ quality education as the background, this paper expounds the academic adviser in the undergraduate training plan, the importance of academic adviser of orientation, function, obligation, power, and the implementation of academic tutorial system and the existing problems and solution. The effectiveness of the system is demonstrated through the implementation effect analysis.
