摘要
作为临床医学中新的重要二级学科,全科医学经过概念引入、理论推进和实践发展等不同阶段,现已形成了不同于其他临床学科的理论与服务体系。由于全科医学的核心目的是为社区居民提供综合性的个体化医疗服务,所以,作为全民健康的“守门人”,全科医学的教育水平既决定了全科医学人才队伍的素质,也直接影响了“健康中国”这一建设目标的实现。文章在分析国内外全科医学教育现状的基础上,总结我国全科医学教育所存在的主要问题,就推动国内全科医学教育提出了若干探索性的建议,以期实现全科医学教育的可持续发展,提升我国整体社会医疗的服务水平。
As a new important secondary discipline in clinical medicine,general practice medicine,through different stages of concept introduction,theory promotion and practice development,has formed a theory and service system different from other clinical disciplines.Because the core purpose of general practice is to provide comprehensive and individualized medical services for community residents,as the"gatekeeper"of national health,the education level of general practice not only determines the quality of general practitioners,but also directly affects the realization of the construction goal of"Healthy China".Based on the analysis of the current situation of general practice education at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in general practice education in China,and puts forward some exploratory suggestions for promoting the domestic general practice education.Thus,we hope to realize the sustainable development of general practice education and improve the whole social medical service level in China.
