摘要
科研与教学之间的良性互动是高校提高人才培养质量的必然趋势,也是应对社会经济持续发展新需求和新挑战的有效方式。文章以科教融合为切入点,结合人才培养模式创新、教师角色转换、评价体系更新等维度,提出高质量教学的实现路径,对真正推动教学的专业化,进而形成“教学共同体”具有参考价值。
The benign interaction between scientific research and teaching is an inevitable trend for higher education institutions to improve the quality of personnel training,and an effective way to cope with the new needs and challenges of sustainable social and economic development.This paper takes the integration of science and education as the starting point,combines the innovation of talent training mode,teacher role transformation,the optimization of evaluation system and other dimensions,and proposes the realization path of high-quality teaching,which has value for truly promoting the professionalization of teaching and forming a"teaching community".
