This article focuses on the subcontractor safety management in the EPC mode,analyzes the basic concepts,mode characteristics and theoretical basis of the subcontractor management of the EPC mode,and points out that the main responsibility of the subcontractor security management in the current EPC mode is not clear,with regard to the chaotic management system and weak management consciousness,specific safety management measures were proposed during the contract signing,construction preparation and actual construction stages to provide effective suggestions for the effective improvement of the safety management efficiency of EPC project subcontractors.
