摘要
以成都地铁17号线一期工程某大直径土压平衡盾构机始发下穿浅埋燃气管线群为例,介绍始发前对燃气管线的加固、下穿过程中的掘进控制、出现突发情况后的应急处置及下穿后对地层的加固等多项技术,通过工程实践证明,采用以上措施能确保大直径盾构机在始发段安全顺利下穿燃气管线群,为后续类似工程提供一定的经验。
Taking a large diameter earth pressure balance shield machine of Chengdu Metro Line 17 as an example,as an example,this paper introduces several technologies,such as strengthening the gas pipeline before starting,driving control during underpassing and emergency disposal after occurrence,strengthening the stratum after underpass,etc.It is proved by engineering practice that the above measures can ensure that the large diameter shield machine passes through the gas pipeline group safely and smoothly in the starting section,and provide some experience for the subsequent similar projects.
