机制砂在预制T梁高性能混凝土中的应用探析

结合我国工程建设领域发展情况,机制砂的使用是一个必然趋势,其在经济性、生态性等方面均具有较大的优势,同时随着相关研究的不断深入,机制砂的运用领域也在不断扩大。首先对我国机制砂的特点及其发展趋势进行了分析,明确了其代替天然河砂的必然性,并提出围绕机制砂在预制T梁高性能混凝土中的应用展开详细分析,其后分别从机制砂预制T梁高性能混凝土配制与施工两方面进行详细论述,可供类似工程参考。

Combined with the development of engineering construction in China,the use of machine-made sand is an inevitable trend,which has great advantages in economy and ecology.At the same time,with the deepening of related research,the application field of machine-made sand is also expanding.The characteristics and development trend of manufactured sand in China are analyzed,and the necessity of replacing natural river sand is clarified,and the application of machine-made sand in precast T-beam highperformance concrete is analyzed in detail.Then,the preparation and construction of high-performance concrete of manufactured sand precast T-beam are discussed in detail,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
