摘要
为探究石粉粒径对机制砂混凝土拌合物的性能影响,将石粉粒径划分为75~150μm,45~75μm,0~45μm 3个区段进行试验分析,以此研究各区间段石粉和其混凝土拌合物性能之间的关联性,最终得出结论:粒径低于45μm的石粉含量及其颗粒分布会对机制砂混凝土拌合物性能造成分层显著的影响,并提出有关用水量调整方面的经验公式,以此提升机制砂应用水平。
In order to explore the influence of stone powder particle size on the performance of machine-made sand concrete mixture,the stone powder particle size is divided into three sections:75~150μm,45~75μm and 0~45μm,so as to study the correlation between the stone powder and the performance of the concrete mixture.Finally,it is concluded that the content and particle distribution of stone powder with particle size less than 45μm will affect the performance of manufactured sand concrete The performance of the mixture has a significant effect on the stratification,and the empirical formula of water consumption adjustment is proposed to improve the application level of machine-made sand.
