摘要
高校“三全育人共同体”作为高校“三全育人”体制机制的演进趋向和理想形态,是基于一致的德育信仰和价值认同,紧扣立德树人的根本任务,以高校“十大育人体系”为轴心,以时空为坐标、以人的发展现代化为基点,以多方力量共聚、多重场域共存、多种资源共享、多元主体共在、多种方式共用为基本准则,在培育时代新人的社会实践活动中形成的具有高度自觉性、紧密性和融洽性的立体化育人有机体。从利益趋同、价值共同、行动协同等视角审视高校“三全育人共同体”的建构逻辑,发端于马克思“真正共同体”思想的高校“三全育人共同体”拥有着利益共同体、价值共同体和行动共同体三重意蕴交互与运行范式。立足于新时代背景下高校“三全育人共同体”的具体表现和演化状态,从增进共同体意识、优化共同体结构、整合共同体力量三大层面入手为共同体铸魂、塑形和注力成为高校“三全育人共同体”在新时代的建构理路与实现方式。
The"three-whole educational community",as the evolution trend and ideal form of"three-whole education"institutional mechanism,is based on consistent moral education belief and value identification.It clings to the fundamental task of fostering virtues through education,takes colleges and universities’"ten cultivation systems"as the axis,and also takes space and time as the coordinate,human development and modernization as the basis point,and takes the coexistence of multiple forces,the coexistence of multiple fields,the sharing of multiple resources,the co-existence of multiple subjects and the sharing of multiple ways as the basic principle.It is a highly conscious,compact and harmonious three-dimensional organism formed in the social talents of cultivating new people of the times.From the perspectives of interest convergence,value common and action coordination,the construction logic of"three-whole education community"in colleges and universities is examined.Originating from Marx's thought of"real community",the"three-whole education community"in colleges and universities has three paradigms of interaction and operation of interest community,value community and action community.Based on the concrete manifestation and evolution state of"three-whole education community"in colleges and universities under the background of new era,casting the soul,shaping and focusing on the community has become the way of constructing and realizing the"three-wholes education community"from the following three levels as the enhancement of community consciousness,the optimization of community structure,the integration of community strength.
