刍议民主党派自身组织建设工作

On the Organizational Construction of Democratic Parties

本文从民主党派与中国共产党理论创新、组织建设创新存在的短板和差距入手,指出了民主党派自身组织建设工作的必要性和紧迫性,并针对民主党派自身组织建设尤其是基层组织建设工作出现的具体情况,提出了民主党派做好自身组织建设工作的路径选择,对民主党派做好组织建设工作有一定的指导价值。

Starting from the shortcomings and gaps between the democratic parties and the Communist Party of China in theoretical innovation and organizational construction innovation,this paper points out the necessity and urgency of the democratic parties’own organizational construction work,and puts forward the path selection of democratic parties to do their own organizational construction work well in view of the specific situation of the democratic parties’own organization construction,especially the grass-roots organization construction work.It has a certain guiding value for the democratic parties to do a good job in organizational construction.
