党的十九届五中全会是在“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇点上召开的一次重要会议,具有全局性、历史性意义。五中全会对文化建设从战略和全局上作了规划和设计,强调坚持以社会主义核心价值观引领文化建设,推进社会主义文化强国建设。而在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观上,高校是主阵地,占有重要的地位。高校要用社会主义核心价值观武装学生并使之内化于心、外化于行,进而带动全社会社会主义核心价值观的养成和践行,助力文化强国建设。
