催化剂LZR-20 PK的性能评价及工业应用

摘要 对中国石油兰州化工研究中心开发的催化剂LZR-20 PK在ACE装置上进行了评价,并在奇姆肯特炼油公司200万t/a催化裂化装置上进行了标定。ACE装置评价结果表明:与对比催化剂相比,采用催化剂LZR-20 PK时,产物中液化气、汽油、柴油质量分数增加,油浆和焦炭质量分数降低,H2/CH4(摩尔比)降低,汽油辛烷值略有增加。工业应用结果表明:与空白标定相比,100%催化剂LZR-20 PK标定时,产物中干气和油浆质量分数分别降低了0.42,0.81个百分点,液化气、汽油、柴油质量分数分别增加了0.23,0.84,0.13个百分点,转化率、轻油收率和总液体收率分别增加了0.68,0.97,1.20个百分点,汽油产品的研究法辛烷值增加了0.4个单位。 The catalyst LZR-20 PK developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center,PetroChina,was evaluated on the ACE unit and calibrated on the 2 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking unit of Zimkent Refining Company.The ACE unit evaluation results showed that compared with the comparison catalyst,when catalyst LZR-20 PK was adopted,the mass fraction of liquefied gas,gasoline and diesel in product had increased;the mass fraction of slurry and coke,and H2/CH4(molar ratio)had decreased and the octane number of gasoline had increased slightly.Industrial application results showed that compared with the blank calibration,when catalyst LZR-20 PK reached 100%calibration,the mass fraction of dry gas and slurry in products had decreased by 0.42 and 0.81 percentage points;the mass fractions of liquefied petroleum gas,gasoline and diesel had increased 0.23,0.84 and 0.13 percent points;the conversion rate,light oil yield and total liquid yield had increased by 0.68,0.97 and 1.20 percent points;and the research octane number of gasoline had increased by 0.4 units.
