摘要
对过程系统工程(PSE)技术在水网络、换热网络和氢网络优化研究领域的进展进行了综述,并探讨了将PSE技术应用于装置设计阶段的可能性。指出在装置设计阶段PSE技术对水网络、换热网络和氢网络进行优化有利于石化企业开源节流,降本增效,今后PSE技术的应用将继续助力石化企业实现清洁生产、原料深加工和节能减排的目标,也为设计单位的设计工作和设计程序提供借鉴。
The progress of process systems engineering(PSE)in the three research fields of water network,heat exchange network and hydrogen network optimization were reviewed and the applying possibility of PSE technology in units′designing stage was discussed.It was pointed out that optimizations of water network,heat exchange network and hydrogen network by PSE technology at the stage of units designing were beneficial to petrochemical enterprises to reduce cost and increase efficiency and the application of PSE technology would continue to help petrochemical enterprises to achieve the goals of clean production,deep processing of raw materials,energy conservation and emission reduction.It could also provide reference for design work and procedures when design units.
