摘要
怠速控制是发动机控制的一个重要模块,怠速的燃烧稳定性对整车的性能有很大影响。怠速转速、喷油时刻、喷油压力、点火提前角等参数对发动机怠速控制有一定影响。选用某小型增压发动机,通过优化进排气凸轮型线以及相位,调整发动机电控参数,改善发动机的怠速燃烧稳定性,进一步探究硬件因素以及电控参数对怠速燃烧稳定性的影响。选取怠速工况平均指示压力标准差、平均指示压力循环最小公称值等参数作为怠速燃烧稳定性的评价指标。
Idle speed control is an important module of engine control,and the combustion stability of idle speed has a great impact on the overall performance and quality of the vehicle too.Idle speed,fuel injection time,injection pressure,ignition angle and other parameters have also a certain impact on engine idle speed control.In this paper,a small supercharged engine is selected to optimize the profile and phase of the intake and exhaust camshaft,adjust the electronic control parameters of the engine,improve the engine's idling combustion stability,and further explore the influence of hardware factors and electronic control parameters on the idling stability.The standard deviation of mean indicated pressure and the minimum scale of mean indicated pressure cycle are used as the evaluation indexes to evaluate the stability of idle combustion.
