摘要
在发动机对标研究中,发动机台架性能试验是获取发动机性能数据的重要途径。在试验中,为保证发动机能够按照整车标定的ECU程序正常运行,需设法为ECU提供正常的车速信号。利用LabVIEW进行车速信号的采集与模拟是一种较好的为ECU提供正常车速信号的方案。将一种常规的车速信号采集与模拟方案跟发动机台架试验中利用LabVIEW进行车速信号的采集与模拟方案进行了对比。
In the engine benchmarking study,the engine bench performance test is an important way to obtain performance data,which is necessary to provide a vehicle speed signal for the ECU to ensure that the engine runs according to the vehicle calibration ECU program.Using LabVIEW to acquire and simulate vehicle speed signals is a better solution to provide normal vehicle speed signals for ECU.This paper compares a conventional vehicle speed signal acquisition and simulation scheme with the acquisition and simulation scheme of vehicle speed signal in the engine test using LabVIEW.
