摘要
基于有限元模态分析方法对受到复杂空间力系作用的摩托车车架进行了动态特性分析,预估了车架结构可能的振动特性和结构设计上的缺陷,分析了车架振型特点,优化改进了车架几何结构,再次进行了车架模态分析。观察到,改进后,车架的动力学特性有明显提升,说明有限元模态分析方法应用于车架结构动力学分析和设计改进具有工程意义。
The dynamical property of motorcycle frame can be achieved by modal analysis based on finite element analysis method in order to predict the vibration features and structure default of the frame,then the frame structure can be improved by using the old modal shape.The modified frame can also be analyzed by modal analysis,the modal shape of which demonstrates that the dynamic property of new frame has been enhanced dramatically.The conclusion is that modal analysis is an effective way to study dynamics of the structure and can be used to improve the structure.
