摘要
高校教师发展支持体系是高校落实新时代振兴教育教学质量的核心和关键。通过调研发现地方本科院校教师发展存在缺乏专门体系化的教师发展机构、缺少引导教师发展的激励性制度、欠缺多样化促进教师发展的培训途径等问题。衡水学院构建起“一个中心、两级管理、三层群体、四维项目、五维支撑”的地方本科院校教师发展支持体系,努力培育新时代“四有”好老师,进而提高新时代地方高校人才培养水平和质量。
The support system for the development of university teachers is the core and key to the revitalization of education and teaching quality in the new era.Through investigation,we find that there are some problems in the development of teachers in local universities,such as the lack of specialized and systematized teachers’development institutions,the lack of incentive system to guide teachers’development,and the lack of diversified training approaches to promote teachers’development.Taking Hengshui College as an example,this paper explores the orientation and connotation of the construction system,the practical path of the construction system,etc.,to refine and form a support system of“one center,two levels of management,three levels of groups,four-dimensional projects and five-dimensional support”to explore the development of teachers in local universities and colleges,and to strive to cultivate good teachers with ideal,morality,knowledge and benevolence of the new era,so as to improve the level and quality of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities in the new era.
