摘要
自诊所法律教育开展以来,高校诊所法律教育取得了一定的成绩的同时其价值也日益凸显。但就当下,受“双师型”师资匮乏、学校激励机制不到位、经费保障严重不足、学生实践工作受限等问题的影响,使正在发展的诊所法律教育陷入了困境。通过与司法机关、法律援助中心、律师事务所等部门联合办学的方式,以及创建强有力的诊所队伍、创新建立有效的激励机制、寻求多元化的经费来源渠道、给予诊所学生出庭身份等措施,优化诊所法律教育模式,为我国法治建设培养更多优质人才。
Since the development of the clinical legal education,the university clinical legal education has made some achievements and its value is increasingly prominent.But at present,affected by the shortage of"double-qualified"teachers,the lack of school incentive mechanism,the serious shortage of funds,and the restriction of students'practical work,the developing clinics are in a difficult situation.By means of jointly running the schools with the judiciary,legal aid centers,law firms,etc.,create a strong team of clinics,innovate and establish effective incentive mechanisms,seek diversified sources of funding,and give students standing in court,etc.,so as to train more high-quality talents for the development of judicial system in our country.
