基于教师教育振兴的本科师范生就业机制建构

Construction of Undergraduate Normal Students’Employment Mechanism under the Background of Teacher Education Revitalization

以教师教育振兴计划为重点的改革,在师德养成、能力素养、专业技能等层面给师范生培养提出更高要求,师资来源渠道多元化、教师入职门槛提高、师范毕业生人数增多、就业流向和地区不平衡等都给本科师范生就业带来了新挑战。在政府、市场、学校和个人四方面还存在影响本科师范生就业的一些现实问题。为缓解就业压力,就需要切实做到:加强政府宏观政策调控,完善就业机制;加强学校教育教学改革,提升就业技能;加强教育实习实践训练,搭建育人平台;加强职业规划和就业指导,转变就业观念。

The reform focusing on the revitalization plan of teachers’education puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of normal students in the aspects of teachers’morality,ability and professional skills.However,it is necessary to recognize that the employment situation,such as the diversification of the sources of teachers,the improvement of the threshold for teachers’entry,the increase of the number of normal graduates,and the imbalance of the employment flow and the region,has brought new challenges.There are still some practical problems affecting the employment of undergraduate normal university students in government,markets,schools and individuals.In order to alleviate the pressure,it is necessary to strengthen the government's macro policy control,improve the employment mechanism,strengthen the reform of school education and teaching,improve the employment skills,strengthen the practical training of education practice,build the education platform,strengthen the vocational planning and employment guidance and change the concept of employment.
