摘要
以飞机地板搅拌摩擦焊的自动装夹装备为研究对象,设计了一套用于飞机地板搅拌摩擦焊的多工位柔性化自动焊接装夹装备。详细论述了装夹装备工作台、运动机构、摇臂等,同时针对水平和垂直两个方向起皱变形,提出了一种超长工件定位装夹起皱变形控制方法。最后对工作台和摇臂进行有限元分析,验证了部件强度的可靠性,并在分析摇臂运动的基础上,对电机的选型进行了计算。该装夹装备实现了多工位柔性化装夹飞机地板的目标,集成了机、电、气、液及伺服控制等多种自动化装置,有效提高了焊接工件的装夹效率。
In this paper, the automatic clamping equipment of aircraft floor friction stir welding is studied, and a set of multi position flexible automatic welding clamping equipment for aircraft floor friction stir welding is designed. Specifically, the worktable, motion mechanism and rocker arm of clamping equipment are discussed in detail, and the wrinkling deformation in horizontal and vertical directions at the same time is proposed. A control method of wrinkling deformation in positioning clamping of ultra long workpiece is proposed. Finally, the finite element analysis of the table and rocker arm verifies the reliability of the component strength, and on the basis of the motion analysis of the rocker arm, the selection of the motor is calculated. The fixture realizes the goal of multi position flexible clamping of aircraft floor, integrates various automatic devices such as mechanical,electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and servo control, and effectively improves the clamping efficiency of welding workpiece.
