摘要
针对轨道车辆车厢底部装配时不能多轴同时拧紧导致装配平面不能同时贴合问题,设计一种基于轨道车辆的多轴拧紧设备。该设备电气部分采用交流380V电压供电,并且具有短路保护功能。控制部分采用德国西门子公司的可编程序控制器(PLC),信号测量采用OMRON高可靠传感器,执行部分为费斯托直流24V电磁阀及日本DDK高精度伺服拧紧机。该设备由拧紧车、辅助车两部分组成,用来完成中心销的拧紧工作。采用手动推动车体,人工对位的方式进行操作。工件及拧紧轴升降采用气缸带动,由平衡气路控制,便于停留在任意位置,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度。
In order to solve the problem that the bottom of rail vehicle can’t be tightened at the same time,which leads to the problem that the assembly plane cannot fit at the same time,this paper designed a multi axis tightening equipment based on rail vehicle.The electrical part of the equipment adopts AC 380V voltage power supply,and has short-circuit protection function.The control part adopts the programmable logic controller(PLC)of Siemens company of Germany,the signal measurement adopts omron high reliable sensor,and the executive part is FESTO DC 24V solenoid valve and Japan DDK high precision servo tightening machine.The equipment is composed of tightening car and auxiliary vehicle,which is used to complete the tightening work of center pin.The vehicle body is manually pushed and manually aligned.The lifting of workpiece and tightening shaft is driven by air cylinder and controlled by balance air path,which is convenient to stay at any position and greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
